June 29th, 2011 - ANNOUNCEMENT - The Canada Post strike has ended and orders are shipping out as normal.
June 15th, 2011 - ANNOUNCEMENT - Due to the Canada Post strike we will be unable to ship any orders until its resolution. If you have an outstanding order it will ship as soon as the strike ends. If you place an order with us during the strike we can still process your order however shipment will be delayed until the strike completes.
June 4th, 2011 - Welcome to the new Heavy Support Games web store! Please update your bookmarks as the web address has changed. You will notice we have removed our shopping cart and account system and replaced them with an order page. Our goal is to provided the best prices on the widest selection of productions with a high level of customer service. To this end we now stock over 14,000 hobby products with more being added every day! No currently existing shopping cart service would accomodate this selection so we now use a simple order form and invoicing process that takes about the same amount of time but is much more flexible. If you encounter any errors or need help with ordering please contact us by phone or e-mail, we are happy to help! We expect no delays currently due to the rotating postal strikes, we will keep you posted if this changes.
April 9th, 2011 - ANNOUNCEMENT: Games Workshop is eliminating their current metal range from their catalog. While they run down their stocks, availability will be difficult to predict. Please treat any GW metal miniature on our web site that lists as "In Stock" as only potentially available for the next month or so, as most of these minis are available only through GW mail order and we order them in as needed. You can check GW's stock levels in real time by checking the item on their website before buying it here. If they list it as in stock we can get it for you at our great prices.
February 13th, 2011 - ANNOUNCEMENT: As of Tuesday, February 22nd we will be changing our operating hours for the retail store and website telephone support to the following: Tuesday-Friday 3pm-9pm, Saturday 12pm-8pm, Sunday 12pm-5:30pm. This change will allow for more in-store events during the week and we will be posting our new gaming schedule shortly.

December 14th, 2010 - HOLIDAY HOURS: The retail and web stores will be closed from December 24th-27th and re-open for our boxing week specials on Tuesday the 28th. We will also be closed on New Year's Eve December 31st but OPEN on New Year's Day. Merry Christmas!
